Good morning and welcome to another edition of Cards and Creations by Lori McBride. My name is Lori McBride and I’m a Stampin’ Up! Independent Demonstrator from Joshua, Texas. Today I’d like to share with you information regarding our Annual Make A Difference project.
HELP US MAKE A DIFFERENCE!
As part of Jamie Albanese’s Heart of Stampin’ Up! Award project, we’re supporting the annual Back to School Bash for James Storehouse—an amazing organization located in California, USA that provides resources to children in foster care and those aging-out of foster care.
Stampin’ Up! will donate backpacks and school supplies and we invite demonstrators to join the fun! There are two ways to support Jamie’s project for James Storehouse. First, you can check out the Amazon Wishlists to donate backpacks or school supplies for foster children of all ages. The backpack wishlist can be found here and the wishlist for school supplies can be found here. Or second, you can send cards to add inside the filled backpacks. Please include a short, encouraging note and sign with your first name only. Send finished cards to:

The deadline for donation purchases and cards is 30 July 2021. To learn more, you can watch Sara’s Facebook Live on 13 July at 2:00 PM (MT), where she will be talking about the project with Jamie Albanese and the Executive Director of James Storehouse, Stacy DeWitt. The video will also be available on the Stampin’ Up! YouTube channel after the broadcast.
This is a super important one and I hope that everyone will join in efforts to either donate supplies or making cards or both to give these kids a great start to their new school year!!
