Lotto Holders

Good morning and welcome to another edition of Cards and Creations by Lori McBride. My name is Lori McBride and I’m a Stampin’ Up! Independent Demonstrator from Joshua,TX.

Today, I’d like to share with you a project that I created using the Peaceful Deer Bundle.

First, let me say that my kids are grown (all over the age of 21 years old) and that lots of people give Scratch Off Lottery Tickets as a little bonus gift which is exactly what I decided to do this year. Normally, people just throw them in a stocking and be done with it but I decided to do a little something special with them this year.

I’ve made all sorts of goodies over the years from gift card holders to cash holders. I just thought, “Why not make Lotto Holders too?”

To give you an idea as to the size of the Lotto Holders, I thought I’d give you a size comparison to other projects that I’ve done in the past.

Lotto Holder (center)

Of course, money holders (bottom – past project) are my largest of the holders.

The Lotto Holder (center – current project) is approximately 3/4 of the size of my standard money holders.

Lastly, my gift card holders (top – past project) are about 1/4 of the size of the full sized money holders and about 3/4 of the Lotto Holders.

As you can tell there’s quite a difference between the three different holders.

Let me start by saying that I did cheat when it comes to the DSP in this project. I am using the retired Sale-a-bration Peaceful Prints DSP for this project but I have a ton of it left (3 full packages) and it really needs to be used up. Maybe you’re like me and have just saved it until the start of the festive season but if not, I want you to know that ANY of our current DSP’s will work with these same measurements and don’t forget that it’s the PERFECT opportunity to shop in my line to save 50% during the Last Chance Sale featuring the July-December Mini Catalog items!!

I’m excited to announce that the Peaceful Deers will carryover into 2022, however, this will be the last opportunity to save the 10% Bundled Savings so again, if you like to save money – The time is now!!!
