Today, I’d like to share with you a card that fully has a purpose!!! It’s my special design for the Heart of Stampin’ Up Award – Make A Difference project for James Schoolhouse’s Back To School Bash.
Today’s project features a little bit of both up and coming product in combination with a touch of some retired product as well. I just couldn’t resist sending kids back to school without an apple and what a great way to turn something old into something new. If you still have this in your craft stash – break it back out and play along! If you do not own this I am terribly sorry that you missed it but maybe you can find it second hand online for a reasonable price or create a similar project using our many wonderful products for example instead of an apple maybe using our Sweet Strawberry Punch.

This is their 7th year to help Foster kids get ready to go back to school. For those who know me well know that I absolutely love children!! These are children who are without doubt going to need as much love, care and support to make it through the school year.

What I’m doing: Aside from making cards, I’ve already made a $150.00 donation directly to James Schoolhouse and next week will be ordering school supplies from the Amazon Wishlist. I’m also pledging 50% of my personal earnings to James Schoolhouse between now and August 7th. My goal is $600.00 for the $600.00 children that James Schoolhouse.
