I have discovered a hidden gem on page 137 of the new 2021-2022 Annual Catalog that I’d like to share with you today. The Scalloped Kraft Treat Boxes are AMAZING!!

I love to made my own 3D projects. The problem is that I don’t always have time. In recent months, I have reached for the boxes that are in the Catalog to help. And this little hidden gem shouldn’t be passed over.

The boxes are brown with gold Foil dots and a beautiful scalloped edging. They’re food safe and easy to assemble and require no adhesive.

I hadn’t used the new Elegantly Said Bundle quite yet and I knew instantly that I wanted to use it for this project to enhance the gold foiling in these new boxes.

I started by punching a scrap piece of Basic White Cardstock and Gold Foil Sheets with the Elegant Punch. I used my Stampin’ Trimmer to cut the gold piece in half and then added Stampin’ Seal to the bottom of the top piece and Stampin’ Seal to the top of the bottom piece and aligned them under the punched Basic White piece so that just the edges were showing at the top and bottom. I punched a hole towards the top of the tag using a hole punch.

I stamped the flourish in Momento Black Ink and then stamped the “Happy Anniversary” sentiment in Versa Mark and coated in gold Stampin’ Emboss Powder and used my Heat Tool to set.

I assembled the box and added Stampin’ Seal+ to the flap that closes the lid and the bottom of the box.

*NOTE*

Where no adhesive is required to assemble the box, in choosing to add a little bit of adhesive it does add a bit more stability to the structure of the box.

*Instructions Continued*

I laid some of the 1/4″ Gold Shimmer Ribbon down on my desk and flipped the box over to where the lid of the box was laying flat on my desk over the ribbon. I wrapped the ribbon around the box and flipped the box back over tieing a bow at the top and then trimmed the ends.

Before fully tieing the bow, I thread the tag through the ribbon so that when the bow was formed, it secured the tag in the center.

I added just a few of the Black Matte Dots to complete.

Thank you so much for joining me today. I hope you’ll join me again soon for another edition.
