Good morning and welcome to another edition of Cards and Creations by Lori McBride. My name is Lori McBride and I’m a Stampin’ Up Independent Demonstrator from Joshua, TX.
Today, I’d like to share with you two cards that I created using the Happy Thoughts Stamp Set.
There’s one card that seems is always in short supply and that’s a good birthday card. I send a lot of cards out to family and friends and I try to make each one unique and special to each person receiving it. With that being said it’s grown so much and everyone enjoys them so much that I really needed simpler ideas for a quick, fast and easy card.
Over the course of the last several days, I’ve shared multiple cards using the same Stamp Sets to create fun, simple, festive and beautiful cards without breaking the bank or taking a whole lot of time.
Today, I really wanted to focus on some of our current In Color Collection. I have two samples, one using the In Colors together and the other same using the In Color with other colors from our current Core Collection.

I love Magenta Madness but it really is like, “Whoa! Calm down there girlfriend!” It’s so bright and bold that it almost hurts my eyes to look at. Combined with the softer colors it’s a beautiful accent color.
Because the supplies are primarily the same for the second card, I’m not going to list everything out but will provide you with the color Cardstock and Inks that I used.
