Good morning and welcome to another edition of Cards and Creations by Lori McBride. My name is Lori McBride and I’m a Stampin’ Up! Independent Demonstrator.
Today, I’d like to share with you an Alternate Project using the November Jolly Gingerbread Paper Pumpkin Kit.
As ya’ll can tell from previous Blogs, the absolute last thing that I needed was more gift card holders.
I do rather wanted to add a few new handmade ornaments to my tree. Here’s the really great part about this project. If you did happen to need the gift card holders, you can always repurpose them after the gift is given and turn them into ornaments for next year.
I literally did these to the box directions and then just used a simple hole punch and a bit of *Snowflake Splendor Ribbon*
I pushed the Ribbon through the hole that I made and tied a knot at the top.
*TIP*
This is also a really great kit to create custom gift tags with. If you’d like to turn your Kit into gift tags, you’d follow the exact same assembly listed above only you’d tie the knot closer to the bottom leaving the two ends open to tape to the gift.
Another really great idea came from my upline that I couldn’t help but to case! Shout out to Tami White on creating this absolutely ADORABLE treat box using the kit and the tissue paper from the kit put that very special touch!
